I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from your website. I ordered a tablet online 3 weeks ago, my order number is #0123456. It arrived yesterday, unfortunately there is some problem with my tablet.

Firstly, when I looked the photos on your website, the tablet is brown, but when I received it, I realized that it is orange. Moreover, there is a problem with the touch screen. It is not sensitive as advertised.

I would like you to respond quickly by either giving my full refund or by exchanging a new one for me.
