Smith changed his hobby into his business. He started a very successful company called The Game Crafter. It helps people make their own board games of playing cards.

On the Game Crafter website, people design and create their own board games. The Game Crafter then makes them, and prints them.

It even sells them! Big toy companies sometimes buy the games and sell them in stores around the world.

Smith believes it’s possible to follow your dreams and make your hobby into your work. He thinks work can be fun!
